BRICKS – Chorale for bricks and bodies
Die zweite Zusammenarbeit von Nicole Morel mit der Bühnenbildnerin Lea Hobson beschäftigt sich mit Ziegelsteinen als modularem Bezugssystem bei der Erschaffung multipler Welten. Zu einer Auftragskomposition von Violeta Cruz entfaltet sich ein bewegter Austausch über das Flüchtige und das Dauerhafte, über Festigkeit und Zusammenbruch. Bricks hinterfragt unsere Beziehung zu gebauten Räumen und die Herausforderungen, die sie für Lebewesen und ihre Umwelt mit sich bringen.
The second collaboration between Nicole Morel and the set designer Lea Hobson explores bricks as a modular framework for creating multiple worlds. Set to a commissioned composition by Violeta Cruz, a dynamic dialogue unfolds about the ephemeral and the enduring, about stability and collapse. Bricks examines our relationship with built spaces and the challenges they pose for living beings and their environment.
